[Resolved] Reliance Communications — (rcom 4g) complaint datacard [protected] 4g upgradation | |||
I am using datacard number : [protected] from reliance communication As reliance were shutting down cdma network i got call from their executive & they have asked me for up gradation on 4g. they also have send 4g sim card at free of cost. When i asked to customer care about my exiting plan before migrating to 4g/lte, they said data and plan will be same as before (cdma plan) you just need to buy wi-pod for lte. So i bought a lte wi-pod. i have unlimited data plan (5 gb day & 5 gb night high speed & after that unlimited average speed) but when 4g/lte started now they have changed my plan from unlimited to limited without information or intimation. And now they have blocked my data connection saying over usage of data. i have registered complaint (complaint number[protected] in their customer care center on 11th aug.'16 and they said as per tat they will resolve my complaint in 3 working days. but still they not resolve my complaint; every day i called them but not get proper solution. This is very wrong approach from reliance communication, they lie initially and convince me to buy lte wi-pod and once i bought it you changed plan. Please look into my case and provide solution. They are doing this fraud to everyone. I have disconnected the netconnect number [protected] on 18th june 2016 and confirmed the disconnection by calling their customer care (Call recording available). One month later, i got a bill with a different tariff plan for my terminated number. Fraud management, fraud cutomercare.. Total fraud company. I am going to expose this fraud through media
