Reliance Communications — rcom mobile service stopped in nov 2017 but bills keep coming even in jan 2018

Rcom automatically stopped all the services in nov 2017 of rcom announcing the discontinuation of service. I didn't wanted to port out the number and thought number would get deactivated. But still getting bill on dec 2017 as well as jan 2017. There is no usage but still bill is generating for postpaid sim and asking to pay the rent plus tax.

Tried contacting customer care, also sent email but no response. Don't know what to do further. Please help.

my no is [protected], last 5 years i am using for this no for Vodafone connection, last 3 month back this no shift to reliance so kindly till what status my number and how to activate again, still i am out of india if any query call my number, [protected]

My mobile No: [protected] due shutdown of your service I’m not port my no because of I’m in abroad.

Presently I’m changing my mobile no to airtel service Provider .Already I Paid Bill.Requesting to Release my Mobile No.
