[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Received less net balance than offered in the special plan

I made a 3G data recharge of 294 on 14th november 2015, in accordance with the message i received on the same day saying to get extra 1.5GB on the recharge of 294. after making the recharge i got a message saying only 300MB extra credited.i made a complaint to the customer care, they said the benefit has been already posted. the benefit has been posted but NOT COMPLETELY, only 300MB i received, remaining 1.2GB was not credited.
is this some kind of joke, u are playing with the customers or what u offer is some bait to fool people around.
please look into the matter as quickly as possible or stop sending such fooling offers.

i have still not received the remaining 1.2GB data and you say the issue has been resolved?
this is getting really annoying for me getting such false affirmations from a company i trust the most in providing better data services.
