Reliance Communications — recharge against special offer

Because of the special offer posted on my reliance number for getting 1gb 3g data/day for 56 days for ₹93 on my number i recharged my reliance number with the offer which had validity for 56 days but the service was terminated on the 5 day. I recharged on 25th august 2017 and the services were stopped on 29th august 2017. This is not expected from reliance. I want an explanation on the above matter. Otherwise i have to complain to consumer forum.
