[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Recharge amount deducted but could not avail the facilities

Earlier on 16.07.2015 I had done 3G internet pack recharge for Rs. 155 but I received an sms saying that I have recharged successfully then after few mins. another sms saying the recharge is unsuccessful and retry again. so I tried contacting the customer care service but to no avail I lost rs. 155. Again I recharged my reliance mobile prepaid account for Rs. 35 through net banking the amount got deducted from my account but I received an sms saying that the recharge was unsuccessful and needed to retry again. Fraudulent act of reliance communications is crossing limits. It never gives an opportunity to speak to customer care executive on the given nos. for lodging a complaint.
