We havecrecgarged our on no [protected] for 3rd 30 one week back without our knowledge company has taken that amout and again we have recharged for rs 11 in 11 july 2017 that also taken by company without our knowledge we have recharged the am out for our emergency purpose in your own your deducting the am out kindly reverse the am out hence firth do not do like this we have sent many time for do not disturb services still it is not activities Kindly resolve the issue and credit back my money other wide i have to give complaint with trai Was this information helpful? | |||

Jul 06, 2017 Priyo Dutta's response 2 July 2017 I recharge with rs 93 for getting 1gb/day for 28 days but I only received 1 GB and nowdays data balance is 0 I called customer care but they don't response What can I do now plz and me But my main balance rs. 52 deducted after balance 0 net not working. Again i recharge rs. 10/ but some time used internet again balance deduct & 0 balance. 12th april 2017 again recharge rs. 20/ main balance but this balance also deducted. After balance 0 internet also not work. Executive not resolved my problem. And not refunded my amount. My no is [protected] and i am recharged on 06 july rs. 93/- for one month data pack for 1GB per day up to 28 Days. but i am still not received that offer only received 1GB 4G data for 5 days . 1GB data offer msg by company today. kindly check the statuse and reply asap.
