[protected] on 3 aug 15 I am writing because fed up calling your cust service.@ Reliance It seems a new idea developed by their call centre exectives as that cant hear cust and disconnect (this is like a recorded msg)
I had recarched Rs 125 on 03 aug for data to this number [protected] and received a msg below showing Rs 2 credited... where is the balance of Rs 123 gone

This is happening @ 2nd time for me without any valid reason from them
give me a detailed explanation in writing please.
