I, P.Praneeth kumar, customer of Reliance 1. I am recharged with Rs.15/- on[protected] through freecharge app amd it showing full talk time with validity 2days. But I got message from reliance as 1day validity.
2. Next day, that is[protected] I checked the offer in freecharge app and recharged with Rs.65/- then I my account is debited by Rs.65/- and recharged successfully then I did 2, 3 calls, working perfectly. Then after am trying to call it mention that insufficient balance. I called to customer care today I.e.,[protected].
I talked with cc regarding forst rc Ra.15/- she told that there is no offer like Rs.15/- then why freecharge showing me plan and why recharge is successful??
Next, I asked regarding Rs.65/- she told my number is not recharged with Rs.65/- then where my ₹65/- gone?? And she is telling Rs.65/- is for 4g users. Am a 3g user, then if I select ₹65/- full talk time then why my amount is debited ?? Reliance wasted my two days time and I need to do urgent calls because of Reliance am mentally disturbed and wasted my time. I am fully disappointed with reliance service. I want to know where my ₹65/- gone? How customer care people told my account is not recharged then why my ₹65/- debited. I want clear cut answers from Reliance. And am also attaching the screenshots regarding plans and debited amount. I need the solution and early reply from reliance. Thank you
