Reliance Communications — Recharge unsuccessful but money not refunded | |||
I have rechage an amount of rs 91 for data balance on[protected] through net banking. The recharge was unsuccesful but amount was deducted from bank account and not refunded.When i called the customer care, they said that the amount will be refunded within 7days. Now 7days is over and no refund is done.Today when i spoke to customer care, a customer service executive said that the amount will not be refunded as there is no rs 91 pack.I received message from reliance about pack 91 and before recharge i have also checked reliance website for confirmation which i found was correct.
