[Resolved] Reliance Communications — recharged amount not credited | |||
Dear sir/ madam, I recharged my prepaid mobile number [protected] on[protected] through pnb net banking and i received the payment receipt and confirmation mail from reliance communication. But the talk time not credited to my mobile till today. I tried to reach the customer care but in vain. I wrote them many times through mail, but they never got back. For your reference the invoice no. Is hr[protected]. I request you to please look into this matter and take an appropriate action as soon as possible.
