[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — reducing balance while using wifi and unwanted subscription

This is to bring into your attention that i am again and again loosing my balance after using wi-fi, and whenever i get recharged my phone, without my knowledge i even don't know what all subscription has been activated. I have complained manier times before for the same problem still it is occuring. Please find some permanent solution to it.
