Today i recharged my phone with 149 unlimited calls plan after reading your article (http://www.rcom.co.in/Rcom/aboutus/news/pdf/press-release/2016/RELIANCE_COMMUNI...⇄ which clearly says the offer is for every reliance gsm user with no hidden conditions.149 rupees has been deducted from my a/c and your rude yelling customer care people indirectly said calling customer care wont help and in order to get more help you need to make effort to get your money back.i have been a loyal customer to reliance and have been using your services since couple of years.plzz dont cheat ur loyal customers, revert back or just refund my 149 rupees.
