Reliance Communications — refund issue

Hello,

It has been more than 3 months now.

As per my final bill settlement the amount due was rs. -322/- which i need to recovery from reliance. It has been more than 2 months i have not received my amount. Please help with with my queries and concerns.

Please find the attached copy of my final bill with the email.

Your small reliance store can still see the data and instead of refunding my money ur and i have gone to reliance store in madhapur hyderabad the guy behaved in very rude manner saying we can't do anything do whatever u want it takes lot of time to get money back reliance is like that only.
