Reliance Communications — refund my security amount crt code [protected]

Hello,
I am ketene linggi, proprietor of rukmini communication (Reliance dsa), roing, lower dibang valley, arunachal pradesh
As all are know that dsa service has been closed from reliance communication and no contact person is available in reliance communication,
I want to do close formality of my dsa, but i am not getting contact person, my security amount is still pending with reliance communication.

You are requested to advice how i can get return my security amount or please provide my contact person number.
