Reliance Communications — Refund of balance for VAS activation | |||
Hi Customer Care Agent, My name is Mrinal and I am facing a serious problem while using your services.My reliance number is [protected].For the last 3 days I have been getting messages of amount charged for those services which I did not ever use.I have been charged Rs.5, Rs.3 and Rs.3 for VAS.I did not opt for those services.I have tried to reach you on *333 and 30333333 but it seems you don't want to respond to my query as I had waited for 10 minutes and did not get any agent on the line.I have taken Relaince services for getting a reliable and good service and I did not expect such a poor service from a brand name like reliance.Please give back my money as it is my hard owned money and make sure you don't deduct balance or send any message to me without taking my concern.
