[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Refund of broadband application money | |||
I have paid by cheque for Broadband Connection on 20.05.2015 However after clearance of cheque Reliance informed that due to connectivity issues reliance will not be able to provide services and assured me money will be immediately refunded however till date no such refund has come around 6 months has already passed. Jan 28, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved Resolved after 8 (Eight) months i made regular calls but no proper response was available after that consumer complaint forum was quite useful and finally Reliance approached and refunded money after such a long time. Reliance Communications customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
