Reliance Communications — Refund of security deposit amount against postpaid no

I have closed my account in july and paid all due from my side. As this was post paid connection and security deposit has to be refunded at the time of closing the account I would like to know how and when I would get the amount back. I am yet to get my amount back even my last statement shows - 571 as balance. i have contacted to reliance store and they send many reminder mail to the customer care, but no response from any side.
