[Resolved] Reliance Communications — refund of the security deposit and one month advance postpaid bill | |||||
I had converted my reliance post paid number to prepaid. While i had initially took the postpaid connection from reliance, i had paid a security deposit of rs 300, again i had to pay an advance of one month bill which is rs 299, aling with the period i was on the reliance nw, but could never make a call due to no connectivity. I am yet to receive the amount. I tried the reliance customer care numbers from reliance as well as the other networks. Could not reach any customer care agent. There is no way that i can communicate with reliance. Also the prepaid number, most of the time is not getting the network For now my 299+299 rupees is with reliance guys. Please help me on this.
