My internet and telephone was not working from 10may2016 - 05aug2016. I want refund for the entire time.

You check with your technician that the adsl modem was not working and was replaced on 05aug2016.

So many complains to appellate authority :
Appellate authority is very rude. They know no one can complain against them as they are the high level contact people.
Prasad gudekar is person was very rude and denied to take the complaint.

Without fixing the problem your customer care close the ticket number to show that they all are working and all issues are fixed within the timeline.
Every month you are sending me the bill and calling me many times for paying the bill or else you will terminate the connection.
How long more or how many more months you will take to fix the landline and broadband working.
