Reliance Communications — Reg 3G packet charges | |||
Reliance is not giving the right service to the customers. The 3g data is enabled by default and If I raise a request to disable the data packet, the customer service is not doing that and the message I got is they cannot do it. What is the use of customer service Is that because they cannot swindle money from innocent customers ? The customer service member was not able to communicate to the customer properly in English. Why is there an option to choose the language in that case? I am totally unsatisfied with the reliance communication. This is completly ridiculous Was this information helpful? | |||
