Hi,
I have more issues with your customer service than your network. I received a bill for the month which I never used and they said because prevoius month's payment has been received it was disconnected and they said I should be the particual month bill and I received next month bill too when I called they said it was not working because of network issue and they have disconnected. I said i cant pay the bill until they give a proper justification. Today i received a call from [protected] a poor lady how cant even spell my take said they calling for a settlement i said send me the usage bill and she sent me a bill which it was showing empty tabular columns and when I tried explaining her she started commenting about me to her collegue that I cant even open the pdf who asked him to purchase the card. Her supervisor was souding in the same and she is challenging me saying do what I can do.
Paying 1000s is totally not a concern but i cant simply throw to your blood suckers. I dont to whom should I talk to in reliaance but it is just a awarenes for all the customer who are trying to purchase your so called dustbin data card.
I have all the recorded conversation and let me see when you meet me in a legal way.
