[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Reg cheating

Hello sir,
I had reliance pro3 rs 999 unlimited plan then i was shifted to 4g after 2 days my speed reduced now the problem is, i am getting slow speed. I complained about it in customer care. But they didn't respond and they blocked my subscriber no. So the call couldn't pass to customer care. While buying the wipod i was promised that i will get the same unlimited plan if i upgrade it to 4g. But here they shifted me to 10 gb plan without my knowledge i also gave several complaints regarding this all they said is with in 24 hours your problem ll be solved its been 4 days i am not going to pay the bills unless my problem is solved

Sir i got a call from your customer care but at that time i was busy in a meeting so i told them to call back after one hour but i has been 3 days they haven't called me back

Nithin: today i got a call from reliance technical team for solving my complaint
Nithin: she asked me to contact the customer care to change my plan
Nithin: ???

Mani: Yes.
Mani: ok, may I know which plan you want.?
Nithin: i was already in 999 truly unlimited plan when i was using my 3G service
Nithin: thats is what i gave as complaint that while porting to 4g reliance promised me that there ll not be any changes in my plan
Nithin: instead they changed my plan to 25GB Limited and then 144Kbps Unlimited
Nithin: as i gave the complaint in the consumer complaints portal reliance technical team contacted me and told me to contact the customer care to change the plan to truly unlimited

Mani: As checked the details, as if now we dont have any unlimited plan for 4G.
Nithin: then why did to port me to 4g
Nithin: i already talked about this to many people
Nithin: reliance technical team lady told me to ask customer care help to change my plan to truly unlimited
Nithin: as she has no power to change the plans
Mani: Yes, I understand your concern but till now there are no update o[censored]mlimited plan in 4g.
Mani: May I know your Usage?
Nithin: i am a business person
Nithin: thats the reason i selected the unlimited plan
Nithin: and i ll not pay a single penny because i am not using the plan what i am paying for
Mani: As if now we don't have any unlimited plan with us, but as soon as possible there will be unlimited in 4G too, so request you to use a limited plan till then.
Nithin: no sir it is not possible as i have the business commitments i cannot use the 144 Kbps Speed to comence my business
Nithin: i am planning to shift to ACT Fiber net i[censored] dont solve the problem immediately
Nithin: i already gave more then 10 complaints regarding this not even a single complaint made through
Nithin: the complaint gets automatically closed
Mani: As if now we have only maximum 10GB plan in 4G.
Nithin: thats not my problem u should have told me before i buy the 4g wipod
Nithin: when i was buying i was told that there ll not be any changes in my current plan
Nithin: now all of sudden u change the plan by your self and expect me to pay the bills ??
Mani: As per the detail every customer was sent intimation regarding the same.
Nithin: i spoke to the technical team from mumbai and they told me that if i contact the customer care i ll get my problem solved
Nithin: no i haven't received a single msg regarding this
Nithin: i insist you to change my plan to truly unlimited or within 2 days i ll shift my network
Nithin: and you have to forget about the past bills because i am not going to pay it
Mani: Sorry for the inconvienience, but as if now no unlimited in 4G, i[censored]nlimited plan comes in 4G you will be intimated.
Nithin: then change my plan to 3g unlimited
Nithin: i cannot use the 144kbps speed and pay 999 rs
Nithin: you know what that the technical team told me that unlimited plan is available in 4g
Mani: Sorry sir, but you can't change the plan to 3G as your dongle is a 4g dongle.
Nithin: but your superior officer told me that unlimited plan is available and all i need to contact the customer care for change of plan
Mani: Sorry for the incorrect information, but we don't have a unlimited plan in 4G till now.
Nithin: then ok fine dont call me to pay my bills because i ll not pay my bills for plans you selected for me
Nithin: i ll get me internet provider switched
Mani: As you have upgraded to 4G, 3G plans are not applicable in 4G.
Mani: Thats why your plan was changed to a 4G plan.
Nithin: u told me that i can continue my existing plan in my 4g also
Nithin: and my existing plan is truly unlinited

Nithin: i u told me before it self then i would't wasted my mpney on buying the wipod

Mani: Sorry for the inconvienience, frist the 4G plan was not there, thats why you were told that you will get your existing plan in 4G, but after the 4G plan launched company decided to change the plan in 4G plan.
Nithin: how can the company decide after launching
Mani: As the company has shutdowned all the old services, hence your plan is also changed in 4G plan.
Nithin: i dont need your lame excuses i need solution
Nithin: i cannot use 10GB 4G
Nithin: i need atleast 150GB 4G every month till you launch the 4g unlimited services
Mani: Sorry sir, we have last 10GB 4G data with us, since there is no unlimited till now, you are requested to use these service till the unlimited plan is launched in 4G.
Nithin: no i cant u cannot tell me what to use i pay for 999 unlimited plan
Nithin: you expect me use this 10Gb plan for the same price i was using Unlimited ???
Mani: The plan has a rental of Rs, 1850.
Nithin: you can keep your prices i am asking for what you ppl promised before launching the 4g services
Nithin: i am ready to submit my 4g plan and give me my money i paid for wipod

Mani: As there was no 4G plan launched at that time, so you were told that, you will recieve the existing plan in 4G, but when the plan launched in 4G the old sevices (including your plan) were shutdowned and the new 4G plan was activated and everyone was intimated about this.
Nithin: ok tell me the procudure to stop the reliance service
Nithin: There???
