[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Regarding 10GB 4G data upgrade to 4G sim on [protected]/[protected] | |||
Reliance was supposed to give 10GB of 4G data on [protected]/[protected] as 4G upgrade but in fact in actual it gave 10GB of 2G data which was not usable even after 4g was launched. I regret for migrating to 4G I should have discarded the number same as [protected] This was done on both of my numbers-[protected]/[protected]. It happened with many other numbers also during their CDMA to 4G migration. I want my 10GB 4G data trial pack back Was this information helpful? | |||

They are doing this fraud to everyone. I have terminated the netconnect number [protected] on 18th june 2016 and confirmed the termination by calling their customer care (call recording available). One month later, i got a bill with a different tariff plan for my terminated number . When I call the customercare asking this they will disconnect the call ...Fraud management, Fraud cutomercare.. TOTAL FRAUD COMPANY
