[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Regarding address verification always false negative

Poor services from reliance communications I am totally posted after porting my mobile no [protected] from Idea to Reliance GSM 4G service. From last 10 days they blocked my number and still there verification doesn't able to complete. I go across 10 times to Reliance care from few days but no one able to do anything as the verification done by third party services.

Updated by Lovey Rinky What is the problem in doing address verification they don't even call if they doesn't find the address I don't what is the problem arise with them but I suffer a lot after porting my mobile no [protected] from Idea to Reliance

My number is [protected]. I request to convert my no.in prepaid. & I pay total bill.but after 1 month still my no is not convert into prepaid. Teliveryfication is also done.i called customer service for 20 times but they told me that your service will start in two hours or 6 hours.
