I am using reliance before 6-8 months. There are lot of problems with reliance. I lost my balance. finally i decided to port my no. and advice my friends and family members to port our numbers from reliance to other service proveder. I am also the user RCOM and face such issue so many times but i was able to get resolved the issue every time not because of RCOM customer but just because of way of follow up.
