Reliance Communications — Regarding bill even after termination of connection

Am Bollampally Lakshmi Harika and i took reliance data card for internet connection in the month of September 2015 from a reliance store in Vidyaranyapura, Bangalore. Along with the data card ( they told that there is offer of free SIM. As it was free i took that. After taking the connection it got disconnected as there was some problem with the proofs. When i asked what is the problem with my ID proof outlet person told ID is rejected and asked me to sign in a letter which he got from MED PLUS store beside his shop that am working there ​as a proof. I didnot signed it and had a long conversation with him and i told him to disconnect at as i din't want to face problems by providing false ID proof and came off. But then he din't disconnect my connection he did something and kept my connection live for which i again went to the outlet and asked him why the connection is live when i don't want it for which he gave an explanation and requested to keep the connection for three months if not he will have to pay some amount. As didnot want the store person to be in loss i continued it but the rental charges for data card and SIM card itsel[censored]sed to cost me more than 500 which i could not afford. So in the month of october i again discussed my problem with the outlet person and told that without using the card am paying this much which am not able to afford so he told me he will disconnect it in the next month. So in the month of November when i went to his shop for the same he told to come again after a week and his response was not good. On 29 Nov 2015 i again went to his shop but at that time he was not there in shop so i called him and told that i came to shop as he told me to come after a week for disconnection but he again forced me continue the connection. But as i cannot afford it anymore i asked him to disconnect it on the same day but he told it cannot be done and i should continue it. So, i called customer care person from the store and told my problem, she asked to give the phone to any person in the outlet (Manjunath) and she told the outlet person to disconnect. Then i again called the outlet person and told that i have spoken to customer care executive and she told to disconnect and i gave the phone to the person in the store to speak with him. After which he asked the same person (Manjunath) to do the process and i should pay 1500 including the bill for disconnection. I was not convinced with the amount as it was huge and i already lost trust in him i called the customer care and told he is asking 1500 she then checked the details and told that i need to pay 1100 for data card and for SIM card disconnection it will be some more. I gave the phone to Manjunath and they both spoke on how to calculate it. Then he took 1340 from me for both data card and SIM card disconnection. I even took in writing from the same person that i paid the amount and disconnected both for the data card and SIM card.

Even after all these i started getting bills for the SIM card for which i have sent several mails for customer care regarding it but i have not received any reply. I even called the outlet person several times regarding it but he was rude and didnot respond properly. He stopped attending my calls and used to switchoff his mobile when ever i call him. I even told this to the customer care executives who used to call for reminding about the bill, some used to say ok and some used to say they will call back but no one returned back.

Yesterday i got a mail that a legal action will be taken as i have not paid the bill and there was a phone number (Sushmitha) for any queries. I called her and told my problem but she told that connection is still live. So, i sent her the photo copy of the bill written and signed by Manjunath and i even sent her the phone number of the outlet person. I tried calling outlet person several times and when he picked the call i kept in conference with Sushmitha and Naveen (collections department, Bangalore) but the call abruptly disconected as my balance was over. I again called Sushmitha and spoke to Naveen he then said that he spoke to the outlet person and asked me to send the whole conversation to him and told that he will text me the mail address but haven't received any text for which i called sushmitha again several times but my call is not being attended.

Even after these many reports you people have not responded to me properly for these many days and now you are creating all these problems for which am not responsible. I have paid the amount for disconnection and if the outlet person has not done it thats not my fault. If you loose the trust you cannot continue your business. May be it will not affect you today as am the only person facing this issue but if action is not taken against persons like those oulet persons it may not take many days for the down fall. It will not affect him if will affect the Relaince. So, Kindly take necessary action. If my problem is not addressed I will take legal action on outlet person and Reliance for creating mental torture to me even after settling the bill and i have proof of bill for the same.

Hereby am attaching photo copy of the bill written and signed by the outlet person.
