[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Regarding bill payment | |||||
When this 3G to 4G conversion was taking place i was aasked by the customer care executive at Maraimalai Nagar Reliance store to get a new 4G Wi-pod since 3G dongles wouldnt work later. And also He had told me that i would be having the same plan which i used to have i.e., unlimited 3G for Rs.1148 when i get converted to 4G. But on 5th of september during my bill generation time I am getting a message saying my plan has changed to to a limited one.when came to know that I immediately stopped using it and after a month I am receiving a message saying I have a due of 2300, they even forced me to buy 4G dingal that cost me around 800₹ Was this information helpful? | |||||
