[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Regarding billing changed without notification | |||||
Sir/mam This complaint is regarding billing issue of reliance data card which i purchased in feb2016. Since then i am facing major issue of data disconnecting for minimum 3-4 times a month. Now company changed the plan without any prior intimation. Initially it was 40 gb free for a rental of rs 999+taxes but now they are providing only 5 gb for the same rental. Because of that billing is very high. Starting it was around 1143 not its is 9000 which is very heavy and creating mental torcher to me. Pl make it resolve asap.
