Reliance Communications — Regarding conversion of postpaid connection into prepaid | |||
I submitted my proofs in the reliance outlet for migrating my post paid connection of data card to prepaid.But it will not migrated till now and i received calls from reliance for bill payment frequently. I went to the outlet and inquired about status of my request he had not giving proper response . Data card no [protected] please help me . Was this information helpful? | |||

Reliance customer support and response sucks.. They don't have any coordination between complaints registered and bill payment. They keep calling you everyday without even bothering what complaint we have already given. I am also facing a similar issue.. Reliance cares only about money... Please share these experiences with your friends so that nobody is buying reliance products anymore...

i have given complete details regarding my issue on email to datacard.[protected]@relianceada.com on[protected] . customer care simply call to me and ask for payment they do not listen what i said.
