[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Regarding deduction of balance and not refunding it within the mentioned time. | |||
It is awkward about reliance communications' customer care that they have deducted Rs. 45 on 9th of Nov and I registered the complaint within half-an-hour from the time of deduction. Registering the complaint, the person who attained the call on the customer care mentioned that it was a system failure issue and your deducted amount will be refunded in the next 6 hours but they haven't. I called again but they are repeating the same thing and not refunding my amount till now. I need a strict and swift action against the company. Was this information helpful? | |||
