[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Regarding faulty billing | |||
Currently my reliance cdma no. [protected] is having plan rim to rim free, due to negligience at their end .my rim to rim free plan got deactivated upon complaint they activate same plan but didnt sort out billing issue arise due to their negligience as rim to rim call get charge as per normal tariff which soared my bill upto 1500 for month of june, my bill for may and july 400 respectively my.avg bill for one year around 300.I m attached to this subscriber for 8 year regularly paying bill on time.Today they stopped my outgoing as I requested them to correct bill.please sort out issue.Iam not able to attach excel file given by subscriber for itemised bill in which it is clearly visible Was this information helpful? | |||
