Reliance Communications — Regarding migration to 4g | |||||
Dear sir/madam, My cdma data card no is [protected]. Recently reliance has asked all consumer to migrate to 4g in existing plan. My existing plan was advance three months rental plan where 5gb data can be downloaded at higher speed and above 5gb data can be downloded at lesser speed without paying extra. After migrating to 4g reliance is stating that that previous plan has been stopped and existing 4g plan has to be adopted which is not at par with my previous plan. Since i am not satisfied with their plan i requested the customer care to take back the 4g modem (Which has not been used at all) and refund my money (Rs 1600/-). They have expressed their inability to do so. They are also not refunding my excess money (Rs 1124/-) with them from my previous bill. When i told them to discontinue their services during consumer chat they abruptly disconnected the chat. Kindly help me to get my modem money and excess amount as i don't want to use their services any more due to breach of their statement before migrating to 4g.
