[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — regarding my network problem

In many cases, some people call me but due to network problem they were unable to contact me. I am facing this problem around 4 months. So, you are kindly requested to solve my problem. My phone number is [protected]. I know that your company will show a keen interest in solving my problems. Mainly this network problem occurs when we convert our reliance 3g into reliance 4g. I am facing lots of problem, people were not able to contact me. Please show a keen interest in my problem. As fast as you can!!!!

My Set Up Box was not working without any issues last 9 days. It does not power up(the standby light in red) does not glow. I call many times customers call[protected]toll-free) but did not pick my phone at least two times I am waiting 25 minutes, Does anyone here has come across such a scenario? Do you have any solution for this?
