Reliance Communications — regarding my reliance mobile porting issue

Respected sir,
I would like to bring to your notice that my mobile no [protected] is having lot of issue and i am unable to receive any call.
I requested reliance to rectify the problem and sent a mail on the 4th of october 2017. There was no reply.
On the 5th of october i have sent a message from my no [protected] requesting for porting. I received the no and had visited jio. They issued me a sim card and informed me that it would work in 7 working days. I had mailed jio no of times and visited their store. They informed me that they have not received any communication from reliance.
I would request you to kindly look in this matter and help me out since the no is a very important.
