[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Regarding non termination of my broadband, even after registered several times. | |||||
My connection was not working since 17th of july till 25 th of august after several complaints, i decided to terminate that connection... And termination request i registered on 25th august but there is no process from ur side and still bill is generating on 7th of october. I don't find any of my fault here. Oct 02, 2016 Ashtik's response I am getting the worst services from jio. I am asking the question that is this really 4G I am sure after knowing the speed you will also think about it the speed is as follows: download rate is 3kbps and upload rate is 500bps read it carefully it's 500BPS. So you can see that 2G is better than jio4G. I am really very sad to get this much low speed. Please do something about it.

I am getting the worst 4G servic. You will be surprised to know that 2G is really better than Jio 4G. The speed which I am getting is as follows: download rate:3kbps, upload rate:590bps

Its been more then a month that my sim is not verified and activated yet.
