Reliance Communications — Regarding outgoing call facility barred and unnecessary amount of bill sent

Dear Sir, I have been using the reliance gsm number [protected] for a very long time but from last two months I have facing lots of problem due to change of my plan without my information and the amount of bill unnecessary will be sent to me and my outgoing facility will be barred by the company and no good response received from any representative after several complain made by me and complain no.[protected],[protected] and many more.
