Reliance Communications — regarding phone bill

sir, i am using your postpaid service since last 8 years . i deposited my phone bill before due date and it has not been depositel till now by the customer executive named Mr.Pawan Lal from reliance web world, sector 17, kurukshetra (136118). my outgoing has been stopped by your company since last 5 days and no respective measures have been taken by the above named employee. he even misbehaved with me and was very rude when i asked him about my bill details. i would be thankful if you take some strict actions towards the employee. thanking you Kshitij Arora
