[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Regarding Poor connectivity of reliance netconnect

Hi I have purchased reliance netconnect 10 days ago.I am not able to get any connectivity from the first day itself.Also my retailer is not co operating .I had called customer care several times and i am getting the same reply that they are going to resolve the problem.Please look into this issue and let me know what is the procedure of replacing the dongle because i think i am being fooled.My reliance netconnect number is [protected].Also if you are not interested in resolving my problem i have to go upper authority regarding because i had already Rs.1200 in purchasing the relaince dongle.
