Reliance Communications — regarding porting out of reliance gsm

Reliance gsm has been shut down and we are left nowhere with a dead sim. All my contacts are trying to call me but are unable to reach me due to this.

As my sim has no network now, i am unable to log a port out request and due to which i am not able to port to any other network. I really need this mobile number [protected] of mine.

There has to be a way out of this mess. A little help will be appreciated.
