Dear Sir, I had purchased a reliance sim (Sim#[protected], Mob-[protected]) from Jai Mobiles, Ganpati Plaza, Jaipur dated 16-June, 2015.Still it is not activated just because of negligence caused by agent who used to collect the documents from there and by the shopkeeper. Now I don't know what to do.how to activate it.I want the problem to be solved at the earliest. Request you to do the needful. I can be contacted on other number- [protected].
