[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Regarding Termination of the connection

I have raised a complaint on 27th of June with Reliance as I was not getting any signal at my home and hence could not use the reliance datacard. I kept following up with the customer care for some days but there was no response for the complaint. Finally I have decided to terminate the reliance connection and called up the customer care but they rejected my termination request as there termination team is not at desk. I called the customer care on the following days for terminating the connection and the response was same. I was put on hold for around 20 minutes saying that their back end team will terminate the connection, but no response again. Today I have got a new bill saying that I will have to pay for the days I have not used the datacard. I called up the customer care again and end up in the same situation that I had to finally disconnect the call after I was put on hold. And also I was informed that the connection will be terminated only after I settle the bill. I am planning to raise a formal complaint in consumer court if Reliance do not resolve this immediately as I am fed up with their service. And now they are trying to loot me.
