[Resolved] Reliance Communications — regarding to reduce my balance | |||
Hi, sir. after five to six days in my reliance gsm no-[protected], some VAS services activate in my no and some balance reduces from my no. last one month my phone is in roaming and in switch off mode.when i on my no than i saw .35-40 rupees will be reduces in my balance.i call to customer care but they could not able to solve my problem and back my money in my number. NOW approx per month i loss 30-40 rupees...i m very tired to call to call to customer care every time. Please do some thing.solve my no problem & back my money.approx-60 rupees.other wise i have to change my network service, and go to another reliable one. kumar ravi m no-[protected] bihar Was this information helpful? | |||
