[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Regarding wrong information given by the customer care | |||
My only concern is this why customer care had given wrong information regarding validity date of rs 149 pack, when i asked specifically that on which date it will work, then why y focused that it will work till 13th of august 2015, and afterwards my complete rs 136 balance is deducted on 13th of august. i have the voice rcording of that conversation in my mobile, that i will put in the court that how reliance misguided the customer and afterwards it deducted taht complete balance. reliance had checked and informed me that no wrong deduction found, but my only concern is this WHY YOUR CUSTOMER CARE GIVEN THE WRONG INFORMATION OF THE VALIDITY PERIOD, I WILL PUT THIS MATTER ON THE COURT DESK, RELIANCE HAVE TO REPLY THAT, IN THE RECHAGRE MSG Y HAVENT GIVEN ANY VALIDITY PERIOD, WHY RELIANCE MISGUIDING THE CUSTOMER, Y HAVE TO REPLY IN THE COURT.
