[Resolved] Reliance Communications — regarding wrong plan and wrong bill | |||
I krishan kumar is a costumer of your company having number [protected]. Using this number from last 5 years in roaming area. I had a plan 239 special roaming plan but reliance company changed my plan from 239 to 199 jalsa plan which is not beneficial for me. Even then they did not inform me about the changing plan. By this matter, this time my bill was hike and i am not able to pay this bill amount. I called so many times to your executive but they did not resolve my problems. I wrote three times to your app but they also not solve my problem. I request you to change my plan as before and adjust my bill according to old plan otherwise i will complaint to consumer court and send you a notice by court Was this information helpful? | |||
