Dear/Madam,

with reference to our complaint of non co-operation customer care service because i want to change our plan into Rs. 349 but unfortunately they are not giving proper response and i am talking with customer carer person from last 2 hours but also they have not short out my problem and i went web world office patna (bihar) they have not give any response also...

hence, i would like to say that where i will go to short out this problem and you are requested to kindly take action quickly in one hour other wise i will complaint into head office...
