Reliance Communications — Reimbursement of advance payment done for Reliance data card against non use of services and customer harasment

May name is Prashant Jain. My reliance data card number is [protected] and my latest complaint number is [protected] at reliance communication affiliate authority. I have made 6 months advance cash payment of Rs. 3932/- on 08/05/2014 at reliance web world (Address - Shop No 17, Samartha Vaibhav, Lokhandwala Complex-Andheri West, Mumbai - 400053 ). Since then I was facing issue with 3G network at my residence in Lokhandwala, Andheri –W while using datacard. I have registered complaint on customer care so many times and visited reliance web world at above said address to resolve the issue but of no use. They kept on saying that there is work going on in Andheri hence there is a 3G network issue and it will be resolved soon and 6 months service ( for which I have paid in advance) will start from the date of close of network issue and start o[censored]se of datacard. No time line was given for resolution. I religiously followed it up by calling customer care and visiting web world. After so much of follow up they forwarded my issue to reliance affiliate authority (Number of affiliate authority - [protected]). At affiliate authority they said, technician from reliance will visit our home for checking issue and then solution will be given. But no one visited my place. I again followed up on affiliate authority but no resolution was given. Shockingly, in mid of March 2015 I have received my last and final bill stating that due date of payment is 5 March 2015 ( which was already gone). When I enquired at affiliate authority on 17th March 2015 that, how my bill got generated without resolving my prior issue, then they informed me that my data card services ( no. [protected]) are discontinued. I have following issues : 1. Non-cooperation of reliance communication with their customer. 2. No time limit for resolving my issue. 3. False commitment by reliance that “ my 6 months data card service ( for which I have paid in advance) will start from the date of close of network issue and start o[censored]se of datacard”. My bills got generated without using reliance service and without taking my confirmation that issue got resolved or not? 4. How my datacard services are discontinued without any prior intimation? My request from Indian customer complaints forum - 1. My advance payment of Rs. 3932/- was in reliance account. I want my payment back with interest. 2. Reliance communication should be penalising for harassing their Customer.
