[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Reliance 4g & cdma connection are not working

Dear sir,

I was using relaince cdma ([protected]) connection for last five years and i am very happy with it. but things got changed when cdma to 4g upgrade process started. since july 2016 i am facing connectivity issues regularly (network slowness, no network signal). whenever i contacted the customer care they said this is due to 4g upgrade please be patient... this issue will sorted out asap. i have waited for one and half months and at last my new 4g data card came alive on 8th aug 2016 but only for two days. now the both cdma & 4g data card not working, i have been trying to contact customer care for last 4 days, my call never getting through.. and the calls gets dropped every time. now i don't know when will i get back the internet service.

I am sorry...How come they can close this complaint without a resolution ?... I never got any call reliance and i don't know what is going on ...They should have called me !!... This is not a proper way to treat the customer... Please tell me what i have to do now, just wait for another month or should i close my connection

Reliance will just give a call and close the complaint without resolution.

I am sorry...How come they can close this complaint without a resolution ?... I never got any call reliance and i don't know what is going on ...They should have called me !!...
