[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Reliance Billing me for the billing period when THEY suspended the connection since they did not perform address verification | |
Hi,
I got a reliance post paid connection on 10th September and it was activated the same day.
A couple of days later they suspended the line, telling that address verification was not successful. They did not even come to my apartment to verify the details and just directly suspended the account.
After repeatedly calling the customer care and visiting the reliance store the verification was done on 23rd september but even after that, the number was not resumed until i went to the store again and asked the number to be disconnected.
Finally the number was restarted on Saturday 27th september, and in the evening i got a bill for Rs. 255 for the billing period of 10th to 24th september.
The same period where my number was suspended and I was not able to use the connection.
I repeatedly contacted the customer care to register a complaint but they refused to. I sent them an email, but did not receive a response from them either.
I contacted them over social media and they just replied once telling they would contact regarding this, but they did not.
Now, as of today, my number has been suspended again. Was this information helpful? | |

Sent a complaint. Though I doubt anything will happen, since last time I posted on your facebook page, all I got was a generic reply and even after repeated attempts to contact you guys, I did not get any response.
