I have used reliance broadband internet connection with customer id #[protected]new) and[protected]old). I gave termination request for both the connections in one after the other in 1 year gap. As per the company policy any customer after termination of his service, he should get refund of some amount with in 45 - 90 days but after crossing the given time limit also they are not refunding the amount. I called their customer service center several times and each time they are saying their representatives will call back and resolve my issue but still its not happened. I want a resolution to my problem through the consumer cell. Please help me to resolve my problem ASAP.
