I have wired reliance broadband. Whenever there is a issue with internet service and we raise a complaint against it, reliance customer care without solving the issue keeps closing the complaint so that they don't have to give waiver off for that. Internet service doesn't work for 10 days, and still they say that your internet has been used. I don't know this works. There is other mode of communication to contact them or raise a grievance. Worst service provider ever with such a brand name.
